Tier 2 – Standard Support
Intermediate level of managed services also known as our value-added services. This mid-level service includes system monitoring from Tier 1 in addition to a more complex range of technological services. Therefore, once the monitoring software system is up and running, our IT staff will then monitor the software for performance issues and warning signs and take immediate action when threats do appear. We also provide software maintenance and keep programs updated across a client’s network each time a new version or security patch is released to users.

Regular Service Rates
$160/hr + $20 trip charge Regular Business Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST. Monday – Friday (8×5)
$250/hr Emergency, After-hours, Weekend and Holiday (24×7)
Discounted Service Rates
$125/hr Regular Business Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST. Monday – Friday (8×5)
$200/hr Emergency, After-hours, Weekend and Holiday (24×7)
Add on services
Microsoft 365 Applications includes 1 TB of OneDrive Cloud Storage, 50GB Exchange Online Mailbox and all Standard Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Teams)
Full Network Protection Equipment includes a hardware firewall, licensing, and labor for 24/7 monitoring and support. It also includes Network Switches, Wireless Access Points or other Networking Equipment required.
Projects are subject to approval; all projects must include devices / users covered by agreement.

Each user license covers support for 1 Laptop or 1 Desktop for 1 single user.
